✓Introduction- 200 Degrees are independent speciality coffee roasters, purveyors of distinctive coffee shops, and unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks.
✓We are now recruiting for a hands-on General Manager for our coffee shop in Birmingham City Centre
✓We require an inspirational leader with infectious personality and [ideally] incredible barista skills to lead the day-to-day running of what will be a busy shop.
✓Customer awareness and exceptional customer service skills are imperative
✓You are the key to help unlock the potential of not only the Coffee Shop, but the team which works in it
✓You will need to be comfortable and confident in training and quality managing other staff in all areas of the business.

✓* Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible

✓* Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
✓Requirements for the General Manager:
✓* Have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment
✓* Have a lively personality and be comfortable dealing with customers
✓* Be an excellent communicator, and be driven to train and develop people
✓* Be passionate about delivering our standards, always delivering above customer expectation
✓* Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
✓* Enjoy the day to day, making coffee and serving as well as the management tasks
✓* Have an understanding of business performance and be able to affect change based on it
✓Based on a 44 hour working week, including weekends
✓Regular opening hours are between 7am and 8pm.
✓Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
✓Salary: From £28,500.00 per year
