✓They are looking for an experienced, passionate and reliable head chef to join their existing successful small team
✓The position will be to manage the kitchen, stock and menus - assisting with hospitality where necessary
✓The ideal candidate will have proven success and a genuine love for what they plate up and how it is sourced
✓Knowledge of all kitchen stations, to a high standard, is a MUST.
✓QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED
✓Food safety Level 1 and 2
✓5+ years previous experience
✓Previous Head Chef experience – This doesn’t have to be extensive, experience of 1 role would suffice
✓Ability to travel to a rural location
✓Have a motivated and inspiring mindset
✓The ability to work as part of a fully functioning team with a can-do mindset
✓Be committed to ensuring customers/clients receive a faultless service
