✓What's involved?
✓As the Head Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef, leading the kitchen team
✓You will ensure the smooth running at all service times to the required high standard in the restaurant, lounge, and al fresco areas of the hotel as well as C&B
✓You will create mouth-watering menus under the direction of the Executive Chef, as well as being responsible for general kitchen management including rotas, ordering, recruiting, training, and disciplining staff, ensuring effective communication at all times.
✓You will have the ability to work efficiently and competently under pressure, possess excellent time management and organisational skills, and be ready to take accountability for your own role and that of your team.
✓Please note, staff accommodation is not available with this position, therefore, you must be able to commute to the area daily.
