✓" Manage food service operations, working closely with executive chef
✓" Develop and maintain a robust activities program

✓" Ensure the housekeeping function is effective
✓Person Specification -
✓" Hospitality management or related field
✓" Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel or hospitality industry
✓" Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
✓" Strong communications skills
✓" Strong understanding of the principles of first impressions
✓" Knowledge of food service
✓" Strong understanding if principles of housekeeping
