Are you a personable individual working in hospitality and looking for more consistency in your hours?
Our client is looking for someone to join their hospitality team on an internal client lounge
This would suit someone who has worked in hospitality and enjoys having regular customers to build relationships and knowing their order!
You will be working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm offering an amazing salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum!
Job duties
• Providing a friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all guests.
• Prepare beverages [coffee, tea, etc]
• General housekeeping services such as cleaning down meeting rooms; setting up chairs, replenishing water/glasses/pens/notepads, etc.
• Oversee food and beverage services, ensuring that all guests are properly cared for and that all dietary restrictions are accommodated and ensuring maximum hygiene standards.
• Replenishing milk/coffee/drinks.
• Assist with office catering deliveries and storage of stock items.
• Set up in-house catering for meetings.
• Ensure cleaning schedule is carried out daily, always ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy.
• Help colleagues with ad-hoc duties when required.
• Always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the business.
Essential Skills & Requirements
• Previous work experience as a Barista is essential but not desirable
• Good attention to detail with great communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Flexibility and be able to adapt to the needs of guests/executives
• A positive, adaptable and professional working attitude is essential
