Description✓Guest Service Assistant
✓Are you a personable individual working in hospitality and looking for more consistency in your hours?
✓Our client is looking for someone to join their hospitality team on an internal client lounge
✓This would suit someone who has worked in hospitality and enjoys having regular customers to build relationships and knowing their order!
✓You will be working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm offering an amazing salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum!
✓Job duties
✓• Providing a friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all guests.
✓• Prepare beverages [coffee, tea, etc]
✓• General housekeeping services such as cleaning down meeting rooms; setting up chairs, replenishing water/glasses/pens/notepads, etc.
✓• Oversee food and beverage services, ensuring that all guests are properly cared for and that all dietary restrictions are accommodated and ensuring maximum hygiene standards.
✓• Replenishing milk/coffee/drinks.
✓• Assist with office catering deliveries and storage of stock items.
✓• Set up in-house catering for meetings.
✓• Ensure cleaning schedule is carried out daily, always ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy.
✓• Help colleagues with ad-hoc duties when required.
✓• Always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
✓• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the business.
✓Essential Skills & Requirements
✓• Previous work experience as a Barista is essential but not desirable
✓• Good attention to detail with great communication skills
✓• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
✓• Flexibility and be able to adapt to the needs of guests/executives
✓• A positive, adaptable and professional working attitude is essential
