Description✓The Old Fire Station, University of Salford Campus is looking for a new team member
✓We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant
✓This is a role for a person to join our new team in the café and bakery at the old fire station Salford
✓We are looking for a positive can do person who has experience working in a kitchen
✓The rols is 25-30 hours per week daytime only.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Assist the chef with simple meal preparation.
✓* Working with the chef to ensure the daily running of the kitchen is kept as smooth as possible.
✓* Follow all food hygiene regulations.
✓* Ensure all stock is rotated and controlled.
✓* While preparing meals for serve, you'll be keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic to the highest standards.
✓Needs to have previous experience of working in a kitchen
