Key Responsibilities:
Management of the Housekeeping, Duty Managers and Maintenance teams
Ensure the highest possible quality of guest service and product offering to all guests received meets and exceeds expectations
Support the control of all costs working alongside the Managing Director and Finance Manager to ensure the financial performance is maximised
Support the expansion plans and drive the company to the next levelExperience & Skills:
Full, clean, EU driving license
Excellent leadership skills who can really hit the ground running
Must have experience within a similar role
Ability to understand client needs and promote services that we offer
Proactive problem solver
Ability to multitask and prioritise work ensuring deadlines are achieved
Strong communication skills
