✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Management of the Housekeeping, Duty Managers and Maintenance teams
✓Ensure the highest possible quality of guest service and product offering to all guests received meets and exceeds expectations
✓Support the control of all costs working alongside the Managing Director and Finance Manager to ensure the financial performance is maximised
✓Support the expansion plans and drive the company to the next levelExperience & Skills:
✓Full, clean, EU driving license
✓Excellent leadership skills who can really hit the ground running
✓Must have experience within a similar role
✓Ability to understand client needs and promote services that we offer
✓Proactive problem solver
✓Ability to multitask and prioritise work ensuring deadlines are achieved
✓Strong communication skills
