Description✓Currently recruiting for a Project Co-Ordinator for a company based in Rugby

✓Location: Rugby
✓Project Co-Ordinator - Salary:
✓• £32,000 - £36,000 DependEnt on Experience
✓The Job - Project Co-Ordinator:
✓• To help co-ordinate the start to finish process of installation of the clients goods and service to new and existing clients
✓• Materials management to ensure correct items are in place
✓• Coordinate new and existing projects in terms of labour management and resource management
✓• Experience in the catering industry is desirable but not essential
✓• To promptly report any concerns of issues to the company management.
✓• Communicate directly with customers in order to provide the best experience possible.
✓• Work in a team with other project managers & Coordinators.
✓• To deal promptly with customer enquiries, complaints or problems, referring to higher authority anything which cannot be handled by the job holder.
✓• To undertake projects as required by your manager from time to time.
✓• To ensure that the Company’s Safety Regulations are followed at all times.
✓• To operate at the highest professional and ethical standards at all times.
✓• To operate at all times within the Company’s policies and procedures.
✓• At all times to promote a professional company image.
✓• To develop good customer relations by always conveying a fair, courteous, ethical and reasonable attitude.
✓• You may be occasionally required to work overtime
✓Project Co-Ordinator - Job Requirements:
✓• For the role of Project Co-Ordinator, experience within a similar role is required
✓• Experience in the catering industry is desirable but not essential
✓• Applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.
✓Project Co-Ordinator - Shift pattern:
✓• You will be working 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday & 08:30 - 15:00 on Fridays for the role of project manager.
