Purchase Ledger Supervisor
Description✓Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.
✓The Company: is a well established leading Hotel and Leisure chain based in central London.
✓The role: is to take immediate responsibility for managing and motivating a small AP team to achieve their goals and targets
✓Assisting the FD with a number of accounting areas, but focused on improving the overall AP operation
✓Ledger controls, batching & coding, postings to nominal ledger, supplier statement reconciliations, managing queries and historical issues comfortable initiating investigations, problem solving and highlighting potential issues before they become problems
✓Working within a small team to support current processes and controls.
✓The person: Will have strong accounting skills particularly in or as Purchase ledger Supervisor previously, or a QBE assistant accountant
✓Well presented confident and outgoing, with good communication skills and a helpful, get involved approach
✓Comfortable hitting the ground running
✓Navision, excel skills useful but not essential
