✓Oversee all Restaurant and Bar operations
✓Understand how the small details matterThe skills:
✓Previous experience of working within hotel environments is a must
✓A deep understanding of how the restaurant and bar adds to the culture of the whole venue is essential.
✓Ideally Rosette or Michelin background
✓Creative and forward thinking
✓Strong work ethic
✓Keen eye for detail and process
✓Excel under pressure
