✓Our client is a 4 star hotel based in Hertfordshire, we are currently recruiting for a Restaurant General Manager.
✓Brief Description of the role:
✓Managing the venue so guests receive excellent service
✓Meet and greet guests.
✓Leading shifts
✓Training new starters
✓Achieve budgets.
✓Implementing new recommendations
✓Liasie with kitchens, Executive and Head chefs regarding menus, bookings, and functions
✓Manage customer queries.
✓Monitor staffing levels daily.
✓Excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all venues
✓Must haves:
✓Experience in multi restaurant management within a hotel venue
✓Hands on attitude, not scared to get involved in the day to day operations of a 4* hotel and restaurant
✓Excellent presentation
✓Work 5 out 7 days, hours dependent business levels.
