✓As the restaurant manager, you will assist the other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the service and in accordance with the service standards
✓You will need to have experience in both front and back of house
✓This is a very hands on role, you will be overseeing the restaurant as well as getting involved with the kitchen
✓Your day to day tasks could include, running the restaurant, stock taking, making coffee, helping out on the pass and staff training.
✓Adhering to food hygiene standards at all times.
✓Being hands on, working the till, stock take, making coffees and also supporting the other members of the team.
