Senior Receptionist / Reservations Manager - Hotel
Description✓Senior receptionist with reservations responsibility for a small hotel near Burnley
✓The role will be involved in setting the prices based on local events, you will ensure guests from a local wedding venue are contacted for bookings, you will help to create the right price points
✓This role will also include meetings guests and some reception duties as well
✓This position would include all the standard reservations manager and senior receptionist duties.
✓The role
✓We are looking for a Manager who will manage the reservations, you will ensure the rates are correct on the system, you will secure the best rates, you will be forward thinking to ensure the prices match the local demand
✓This role as well as reservations management duties, you will also call up guests to arrange upgrades or to secure the booking, deal with any issues and help to maximise the spend
✓You will also be reception based some of the time to meet guests on arrival
✓This role will include all the normal Reservations management duties.
✓Experience
✓We are looking for a Senior Receptionist, Reception manager or a reservations manager for this role, you will have a understanding of the Hotel market, you will have a natural business head to be thinking of the best rates for each night and how to maximise revenue
✓The most important is a Hotel background for this role with good phone communication skills.
