✓What's involved?
✓As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, leading the kitchen team in their absence and assisting with eh day to day running of the kitchen
✓You will prepare, cook and present dishes using fresh ingredients, in accordance with restaurant standards whilst supervising the work of the kitchen team too and ensuring dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with recipes.
✓You will assist the Head Chef in the creation of mouth-watering menus, as well staff training and development.
✓You should be a well organised individual, with the ability to work under pressure and to targets and deadlines
✓You will be an excellent communicator, able to motivate the team with your positive, 'can-do' attitude, leading from the front.
✓Please note, staff accommodation is not available with this position, therefore, you must be able to commute to the area daily.
