Sous Chef
Description✓D&R Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a fantastic kitchen team in there fine dining restaurant.
✓The kitchen is fully equipped and modernised to provide an outstanding environment for their chefs.
✓You will be responsible for daily operations of the kitchen and food production and ensure the quality of the food is being maintained
✓You will also assist the Head Chef with making sure all policies and procedures are followed.
