Sous Chef

DescriptionD&R Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a fantastic kitchen team in there fine dining restaurant.
The kitchen is fully equipped and modernised to provide an outstanding environment for their chefs.
You will be responsible for daily operations of the kitchen and food production and ensure the quality of the food is being maintained
You will also assist the Head Chef with making sure all policies and procedures are followed.
