✓As the Sous Chef, you will be
✓* Working alongside the Head Chef to lead and motivate the team
✓* Food led and creative ensuring menus are innovative and ever changing
✓* Passionate about food and cuisine from across the world
✓* Able to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence
