✓The hotel has 128 bedrooms and suites, has various bars and restaurants, event spaces and for meetings, conferences, and weddings.
✓For this role you will need to be calm, self-motivated, positive attitude, confident and willing to learn
✓The Role:
✓·Carry out all treatments to the highest level.
✓·Ensure all clients and guests are screened via written and verbal consultation.
✓·Control of stock in rooms
✓·To actively contribute towards your own development
✓·To ensure all clients receive the maximum benefits from their treatments.
✓·To adhere to opening and closing procedures
✓·When required to carry out admin tasks.
✓Personal Responsibilities
✓·Beauty therapy or holistic therapy NVQ level 3 or equivalent
✓·To wear the correct uniform as provided by the company.
✓·To ensure skills and qualifications are kept up to date.
✓·Communicate effectively and efficiently.
✓·To attend all training sessions
✓·To maximise sales
✓·To assist in demonstration evenings
✓·To be flexible
✓·Team player
✓·Keen eye for detail
