Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM - OFFICE BASED ROLE - Will consider Hybrid/Remote working options for the ideal candidate!
Salary: Based on Experience, OTE upwards of £28K

My client, a leading provider of luxury personal care products tailored for the hospitality, hotel and travel sectors, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telemarketer to join our fantastic team
As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our presence in this exclusive market
Did I mention that all of their products are eco-friendly AND vegan!
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with renowned brands in the hospitality industry to develop and maintain strong partnerships.
* Identify new business opportunities and strategically penetrate new markets, establishing our brand as the go-to choice for luxury personal care products.
* Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions that elevate their guests' experience.
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive product innovation.
* Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
* Provide exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
Requirements:
* Ideally must have a minimum GCSE in Maths and English
* Proven track record of success in telesales, ideally sales experience within the leisure and hospitality sectors.
* Strong motivation to learn key product knowledge of our luxury personal care products and hungry to meet the unique demands of the industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data and trends.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
