✓Responsibilities in your new job
✓As the Venue Manager, you will take pride in managing the day-to-day running of the store, including scheduling the team and stock ordering and management
✓You’ll ensure that high levels of customer service are delivered at all times, as well as promote excellent standards of work and professionalism across the venue
✓You will also play an integral part in building effective teams through training and motivation while setting high standards of work and behaviour yourself.
✓Your personality, experience and qualifications
✓You will require previous supervisory or management experience in a similar environment
✓Excellent communication skills are key, along with a passion for coffee! Alongside this, you will have brilliant attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with stock control.
