✓Performance Objectives
✓Looking for a first point of contact to support our IT function.
✓We are looking for someone who is resourceful, able to work independently and with the resilience to manage workload in a sometimes high pressure environment.
✓A practical aptitude is also necessary as the role will be focussed on providing first response support to our production environment
✓This will involve a mix of hardware [label printers for example] and software troubleshooting and resolution.Person Specification
✓Commercial experience in some of the following is preferred:
✓Windows Server OS
✓M365 admin
✓Basic network troubleshooting
✓Setting up new PCs/phones
✓Ad-hoc cabling and hardware repairs
