✓We are a recruitment agency looking to fill a 1st / 2nd Line IT Analyst role for one of our clients
✓The role is based in South West London, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to staff and students, and maintaining existing IT systems.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Provide technical support to staff and students in all areas of IT
✓Monitor and respond quickly to issues and requests
✓Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues
✓Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and systems
✓Configure and maintain networks and systems
✓Provide training and guidance to staff and students on IT systems
✓Diagnosis and resolution of IT Infrastructure
✓Assist with other IT-related duties as required including support callsTechnical Skills:
✓Experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, MS Office
✓Knowledge of networking protocols including routers, switches and firewalls
✓Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy
✓Practical experience with multimedia devices including smartboard, projection, sound systems
✓Printer Management
✓Familiarity with backup and recovery tools
