✓We are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer looking to take the next step in their career to join a successful and rapidly expanding IT company in Oxford

✓Provide 1st/2nd Line Support to end users
✓Monitoring backup technologies
✓Take part in projects at client sites
✓Working on the ticketing systemSkills
✓Access to own car is desirable
✓Wealth of O365 experience
✓Experience in a windows environment
✓Troubleshooting hardware & software
✓10 months minimum in an IT helpdesk setting
✓Backup technologies
