We are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer looking to take the next step in their career to join a successful and rapidly expanding IT company in Oxford
This role can provide invaluable training and development opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide 1st/2nd Line Support to end users
Monitoring backup technologies
Take part in projects at client sites
Working on the ticketing systemSkills
Access to own car is desirable
Wealth of O365 experience
Experience in a windows environment
Troubleshooting hardware & software
10 months minimum in an IT helpdesk setting
