1st 2nd Line Support Engineer
Description✓One of our clients are urgently seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis in their IT Support team in Worcester
✓Due to a growth in the company and team you will join a fast paced environment and will be working closely with the IT Support Manager to provide 1st and 2nd line support for the company's tools
✓As a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support maintaining and troubleshooting their servers and core infrastructure
✓Joining a team of 6, there are senior members of the team to support you with your progression and there will be scope for promotion and career progression within this growing company.
✓You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:
✓Salary of £25,000 - £35,000
✓Hybrid working policy - 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH
✓Generous Pension Contribution
✓Skills Required:
✓Excellent verbal and communication skills over the phone
✓Experience with supporting servers and core infrastructure
✓Working as a 1st and 2nd line support
✓Worked on projects and new installations
