1st / 2nd Line Support Technician
Description✓Market leading Software Development house, that delivers software solutions to both the private and public sector, is expanding their support team and looking to recruit a Support Technician to provide 1st/2nd line support
✓You will be responsible for assisting with hardware and software problems via phone, email and face to face within the EPoS environment
✓The role is varied, so could be anything from installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all software and hardware [including but not limited to PC, terminals and printers] to ensure optimal performance.
✓Any understanding of EPOS, SQL Server, TCP/IP, Windows Operating Services or VNC, would be highly desirable.

✓Salary: up to 28K plus on call allowance £200 per month for 1 weekend in 4
✓Benefits: 37.5-hour week, 20 days annual leave, BUPA and pension scheme
