Description✓1st - 3rd Line Support Analyst - Varied Role!
✓Interesting new opportunity for a support specialist to work in a close-knit systems and network support team in Central Leeds
✓I'm looking for someone with a flexible approach to undertake exciting new project-work [circa 50% projects] as well as Application, Network and Server Support.
✓Candidates must be able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for IT and a willingness to remain 100% hands-on in the on-site technology - we're looking for some who is happy to deal with servers and networks whilst also working with end-users on a variety of queries and challenges.
✓In order to be considered for this assignment, you'll need to demonstrate strong technical skills with:
✓Windows Server [Apply online only]
✓AD, Group Policy etc
✓Azure
✓VMWare, vSphere, VSAN
✓Networking [Cisco]
✓Security principles
✓Desirable skills and experience:
✓SQL Server admin
✓Linux exposure
✓Understanding of DR policies and procedures
✓As this team is relatively small [6] it will definitely involve projects and support, the right person will be able to work autonomy whilst contributing to the goals of the broader team.
✓This is a predominantly on-site role, typically 4 days per week
✓No out of hours support required.
