2nd Line Support Analyst

DescriptionAre you an experienced 2nd Line Support engineer? This may be the role for you!
We are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Analyst with a broad knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Workplace environment including Windows
Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
An understanding of Networking would also be an advantage.

You will typically spend 3 days in the office, mainly supporting primary education customers and 2 days working from home
In addition to a broad technical skill set you will need to have excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a customer facing role
