✓Are you passionate about technology and interested in pursuing a career in IT support? Do you have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice IT Support.

✓Responsibilities
✓* Provide first-line technical support to end-users, assisting with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
✓* Learn to diagnose and resolve IT problems via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
✓* Assist with troubleshooting computer systems, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
✓* Help with the setup and configuration of computer workstations and software applications.
✓* Gain knowledge and experience in password resets, account management, and user access control.
✓* Learn to document and track support incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
✓* Assist with the installation and maintenance of software updates, patches, and antivirus protection.
✓* Learn to provide guidance and training to end-users on basic IT operations and best practices.
✓* Undertake training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship program, enhancing your knowledge and skills in IT support and customer service.
✓* Maintain regular communication with the IT Service Desk team, reporting on progress, sharing insights, and seeking guidance as needed.
✓Requirements
✓* Strong interest in IT support and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
✓* Good technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
✓* Effective communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
✓* Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network concepts.
✓* Ability to work well in a team environment.
