✓Adecco team Birmingham is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Cash Allocation Administrator to support our Shared Services Centre.
✓No experience required as full training is provided
✓However, you must have GCSE in English & Maths with good communication skills & be computer literate with a good level of Excel knowledge.

✓This role is based in our Birmingham Branch, offering Hybrid working hours working 2 days in the office [Thurs & Fri] and 3 days from home.
✓What you’ll be doing
✓Promote employee coaching, training, mentoring and development at team member level
✓Support problem solving and decision-making
✓Endorse positive role-model behaviors
✓Promote innovation of task transformation
✓Review and support process improvements/innovations
✓Ensure audit requirements are achieved
✓Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
✓Comply with all Health and Safety Policies
✓Manage expectations
✓Implementation and development of controls [Audit, fraud prevention]
✓Assist in the preparation of reports and analytical information
✓Leading SOP [Standard Operating Procedures] promotion and enhancements
