Adecco team Birmingham is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Cash Allocation Administrator to support our Shared Services Centre. 
No experience required as full training is provided
However, you must have GCSE in English & Maths with good communication skills & be computer literate with a good level of Excel knowledge.

This role is based in our Birmingham Branch, offering Hybrid working hours working 2 days in the office [Thurs & Fri] and 3 days from home.
What you’ll be doing
Promote employee coaching, training, mentoring and development at team member level
Support problem solving and decision-making
Endorse positive role-model behaviors
Promote innovation of task transformation
Review and support process improvements/innovations
Ensure audit requirements are achieved
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
Comply with all Health and Safety Policies
Manage expectations
Implementation and development of controls [Audit, fraud prevention]
Assist in the preparation of reports and analytical information
Leading SOP [Standard Operating Procedures] promotion and enhancements
 
Key responsibilities of the department: 
Review and control unallocated cash data 
Timely payment allocation, query, and cash management
