Client Billing Administrator
Description✓About the roleHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid Working [3 days working from home, 2 days in the office]

✓What you'll be doingAs a client billing administrator, you will be overseeing the general administration with the invoices provided to you by the clients
✓Alongside this you will be responsible for:
✓Accurate data entry onto the in-house pay and bill systems AS400 and Tempest
✓Updating systems and database housekeeping
✓Dispatch of sales invoices with all relevant and required back up
✓Query resolution within agreed timeframe [SLA]
✓Dealing efficiently with internal and external customers both over telephone and by email
✓To ensure all allocated Standard Operating Procedures [SOP]are up to date
✓Participation in Problem Solving sessions
✓Process confirmation to ensure high level of accuracy
✓Update skills matrix with new skills gained
✓Training plan management
✓Supporting in other teams where needed
✓General administration tasks when required

✓Are you able to problem solve alongside analyse issues presented to you?
✓This role involves a lot of administration; therefore, we hope this individual has great self-management skills and is keen to develop.
✓You will be engaging over email for the majority of this role; therefore, we expect you to always have a professional manner and manage relationships with competence.
