What you'll be doingAs a client billing administrator, you will be overseeing the general administration with the invoices provided to you by the clients
Alongside this you will be responsible for:
Accurate data entry onto the in-house pay and bill systems AS400 and Tempest
Updating systems and database housekeeping
Dispatch of sales invoices with all relevant and required back up
Query resolution within agreed timeframe [SLA]
Dealing efficiently with internal and external customers both over telephone and by email
To ensure all allocated Standard Operating Procedures [SOP]are up to date
Participation in Problem Solving sessions
Process confirmation to ensure high level of accuracy
Update skills matrix with new skills gained
Training plan management
Supporting in other teams where needed
General administration tasks when required
About youAre you a result driven individual, who prides themselves on being customer orientated?
Are you able to problem solve alongside analyse issues presented to you?
This role involves a lot of administration; therefore, we hope this individual has great self-management skills and is keen to develop.
You will be engaging over email for the majority of this role; therefore, we expect you to always have a professional manner and manage relationships with competence.
