Description✓Graduate Technical Support - REMOTE/FIELD BASED

✓Our client are a leading IT and Telephony Communications company employing over 500 staff, working with the leading manufacturers in the market, support private and public sector business customers across the UK.
✓To assist in their continued growth, they now require 3 Graduate calibre Technical Support Executives to work in a field based role looking after technical issues on site for customers whilst shadowing a senior engineer of the business.
✓This role is seen as an entry level position and as such no previous technical experience is required but you must have
✓Excellent communication skills and a real interest in the IT background
✓An IT related qualification would be preferred
✓A desire to learn a new set of skills working in a field-based role across the South East
✓Full driving license
✓Similar job titles include - Network Engineer, Data Cabling Engineer, Field Technician, IT Support Specialise, 1st Line Engineer, 2nd Line Engineer, 3rd Line Engineer.
✓The role will be 100% field based, will work alongside a IT Field Engineer and will receive full training and IT Qualifications
