✓You will join our National Security team to provide proactive management and reactive support of a secure development environment hosted on VMware ESXi, running in both Windows & Linux
✓The environment you support will be mission critical and essential to safeguard the country’s safety.
✓Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities;
✓Providing service management such as incident resolution, change implementation [new functionalities] & maintenance activities
✓Analysing & resolving faults, issues & queries
✓Administrating ESXi & vCenter
✓Troubleshooting SAN & NAS storage solutions
✓Be “not just a techie”, we are looking for you to have excellent communication & and be able to adapt your approach to a wide range of customer situations & stakeholders
✓As an Infrastructure Support Engineer you should be used to:
✓Working in customer environments in a matrix managed team
✓Managing certificates
✓You should also be familiar with some of the below:
✓VM Explorer backup
✓VMWare
✓Linux & Windows
✓Active Directory
✓Metadefender core
✓WSUS
✓Remote desktop services
✓Gitlab
✓Atlassian toolset
✓Security
✓Due to the nature of this position, we require you to be eligible to achieve DV clearance
