Description✓Would you like to join a small IT support company for your IT apprenticeship?

✓You'd be joining a small and well-established IT Managed Services Provider, where you will be able to learn plenty as part of your Information Communications Technician Level 3 apprenticeship whilst learning to help lots of companies with their technical support.
✓The key to your success is your ability to roll up your sleeves, learn how to navigate your apprenticeship, and become a valuable member of the small technical support team.
✓The key skills, experience and personality that you have are as follows:
✓* You don’t shy away from being able to have a conversation with someone you don't know - because you'll be making and taking phone calls about tech issues.
✓* IT knowledge or a strong interest in technology is crucial.
✓* Positive attitude.
✓* You need to be happy to be part of a small team where everyone mucks in.
✓* A good attitude towards learning and you enjoy it too!
✓* This is a tremendous opportunity if you're thinking about an IT apprenticeship.
✓* You'd be joining a small team, so you won't be 'just another number which can happen if you join a big corporate.
✓* You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and support request tickets
✓Don’t worry, you won’t be doing this on day one, we wouldn’t throw you in at the deep end!
✓You could progress to Technical Support Engineer, Project Engineer, Support Desk Manager or Account Manager in time with this team.
