✓Duties will include but not be limited to:
✓1st line support calls, answering calls regarding IT technical problems and telecommunications faults
✓Accurately and efficiently logging all calls and information on to the ticket management software
✓Assisting staff who are using remote support software with providing desktop support and fixing all IT related issues
✓Supporting with internally escalated support tickets, taking ownership and managing these
✓Management of Active Directory user accounts
✓Support with queries via phone calls, emails and face to face assistanceThis company will be looking to support you through training and constant development, while providing an impeccable service to all it's customers

✓This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, paying £10.18-£10.42 per hour [minimum wage, age dependant].
