IT Business Analyst
Description✓A successful manufacturing business in Coventry are recruiting an IT Business Analyst to provide support to the manufacturing facility and to support other global IT initiatives.
✓You will be someone who will be a true partner to the business, identify issues as well as opportunities and problem solve business processes across all departments
✓They need an ERP expert, with experience in SQL and VBA tools and someone who has excellent analytical skills.
✓As the IT Business Analyst, you will:
✓Take responsibility in defining, planning and the implementation of problem solving and process improvements.
✓The management and delivery of small to medium sized IT projects.
✓Analysis and Manipulation of date using SQL, VBA and other tool sets.
✓1st and 2nd line support of the companies ERP system.
✓Develop dashboards and reports to support the businesses measurements of Performance and KPI's for business decisions to be made.To be successful within the role you will have:
✓Experience as a Business Analyst within an IT business.
✓Strong knowledge of ERP systems, it would be beneficial if you had knowledge of the Oracle ERP system.
✓Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret date sets.
