✓Salary: £30,000 + paid training towards certifications
✓We are looking for an IT Engineer to join the team of a growing company in Central London
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st / 2nd line IT support to internal users.
✓The IT Engineer will be responsible for handling all incoming requests, providing technical advice and guidance, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and maintaining IT systems
✓This role will require a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Provide 1st / 2nd line IT support to internal users face-to-face or remotely
✓Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
✓Identify problems, investigate solutions, and implement fixes
✓Maintain IT systems, including hardware and software
✓Monitor IT systems for performance and security
✓Provide technical advice and guidance to customers
✓Manage IT inventory and asset tracking
✓Skills:
✓Proven experience in an IT Support role
✓Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✓Strong knowledge of working in a Windows environment
✓Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
✓Knowledge of technologies including Hyper-V, Intune, Office 365, Active Directory
✓Experience with hardware installation and maintenance
✓Excellent customer service and communication skills
