It Field Engineer
Description✓A key client of Alpha Associates Recruitment is looking for IT Field Engineers to join their team in Chorley.
✓As Field Engineer, you will be required to visit customers in and around Lancashire.
✓Main Responsibilities Required of the IT Field Engineer:
✓- Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support
✓- Install, maintain and configure 3rd party and in-house software
✓- Management of virtual systems and operating systems
✓- Manage the day-to-day support
✓- Monitor, diagnose and fix tickets to best of your ability, escalating when required
✓Experience and Qualifications Required of the IT Field Engineer:
✓- Strong customer service skills
✓- Networking experience
✓- Highly motivated and driven
✓The successful IT Field Engineer will be paid up to £32,000 per annum.
