IT Helpdesk Support
Description✓IT Helpdesk Support - Arbroath - £20,000 to £25,000
✓Principal IT are proud to announce a working partnership with a UK's leading smart card personalisation and bureau service who are now recruiting for a IT Helpdesk Support Engineer
✓As part of this role you will be the first point of contact for end-users and be front face for IT and the end-user who requires support.
✓Within this role you will be expected to take ownership of support tickets raised from their in-house staff
✓Whilst working within the Infrastructure department, as a IT Helpdesk Support Engineer will report to the IT Helpdesk Manager for management of the daily workloads
✓The IT Helpdesk Manager oversees the 1st Line Support Team as part of their wider management duties.
✓What you need to succeed in this role -
✓Strong communication skills
✓Demonstrate diligence and attention to detail
✓A drive to learn everyday
✓Ability to work on your own, whilst also been forward thinking and pro-actice.
✓Experience of working in a busy environment, whilst also being organised and able to manage own workload and work within a team.
✓Customer Service experience
✓Microsoft Office experience
✓T-SQL & Microsoft SQL Server Databases
✓The Package:
✓If successful our client is offering a salary of between £20,000 to £25,000 per annum along with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
