We are looking for someone enthusiastic and driven to come and join our organisation as a Project Manager
You’ll be working alongside our delivery team to develop and deploy solutions for our customers.
The ideal IT Project Manager candidate will have:
* Proven working experience as a project manager [ideally in the information technology sector]
* Strong people skills to excel in customer-facing environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to appropriately manage project activities and customer expectations
* Exceptional organisational skills including attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
* Refined time and task management skills
* The ability to adapt to changing scenarios and manage expectations clearly
* Stakeholder management experience
* Experience in planning and coordination of project scope
Desirable skills include:
* Experience working in an Agile Delivery / Software Development environment
* Experience working with cloud technologies
* An understanding of the SDLC
* Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
IT Project Manager responsibilities will include:
* Working with colleagues and customers to coordinate the flawless execution of projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
* Managing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring any changes in scope are documented and approved as agreed as part of the change request procedure
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Work with colleagues to develop a project plan to track progress
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
* RAID Management
* Report and escalate to management as needed
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
