✓You’ll be working alongside our delivery team to develop and deploy solutions for our customers.
✓The ideal IT Project Manager candidate will have:
✓* Proven working experience as a project manager [ideally in the information technology sector]
✓* Strong people skills to excel in customer-facing environments
✓* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to appropriately manage project activities and customer expectations
✓* Exceptional organisational skills including attention to detail
✓* Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
✓* Refined time and task management skills
✓* The ability to adapt to changing scenarios and manage expectations clearly
✓* Stakeholder management experience
✓* Experience in planning and coordination of project scope
✓Desirable skills include:
✓* Experience working in an Agile Delivery / Software Development environment
✓* Experience working with cloud technologies
✓* An understanding of the SDLC
✓* Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
✓IT Project Manager responsibilities will include:
✓* Working with colleagues and customers to coordinate the flawless execution of projects
✓* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
✓* Managing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring any changes in scope are documented and approved as agreed as part of the change request procedure
✓* Ensure resource availability and allocation
✓* Work with colleagues to develop a project plan to track progress
✓* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
✓* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
✓* RAID Management
✓* Report and escalate to management as needed
✓* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
✓* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
