IT Sales Technical Support
Description✓Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an IT Sales Technical Support person, to join a fast growing automotive engineering technology company.
✓This is a technical internal support role.
✓Main Tasks:
✓Taking inbound customer service calls and resolving customer queries relating to technical products, to include some researching online. Product knowledge training is given.
✓Upselling other related products where applicable.
✓Updating the database with all details as required.
✓Essential Attributes:
✓Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
✓Technically minded and confident on the phone with some telesales ability.
✓Lateral thinker, ideally you will be from a mechanical, electronic or automotive background.
✓Strong work ethic.
✓IT Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
✓Desirable Skills:
✓Programming skills an advantage, knowledge of C#, Ladder diagram programming, or Function Block.
✓Excellent progression opportunities available
✓Travel to sites in Europe and the USA if you want to travel.
✓Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm - office based role.
✓Salary: £25,000 pa to £35,000 pa depending on skills/experience
