✓Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum + On Call Payment

✓They have an exciting opportunity to join their talented team of Service Delivery Managers who ensure smooth service delivery throughout our client base.
✓As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll be accountable for managing client relationships, performing service reviews, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and delivering all contractual obligations
✓Excellent management and support of your clients' managed services will ultimately lead to growth and contract renewals.
✓Main Responsibilities:
✓Communicate directly with the service delivery team and clients, maintain excellent relationships, and ensure that standards are met.
✓Ensure proactive and reactive services are provided to clients consistently, taking ownership of driving service delivery to defined SLAs and KPIs.
✓Collaborate with other departments, including client success management, finance, and projects, to manage account activity and ensure smooth, quality services.
✓Conduct client service review meetings and create reports and presentations for both clients and senior management.
✓Resolve service issues and manage client complaints, acting as a single point of escalation for clients and working closely with the technical team and client success managers.
✓Conduct client trend analysis to identify recurring issues.
✓Responsible for all contractual proactive checks and actions for your clients.
✓Responsible for customer problem management.
✓Manage and deliver new projects to the service desk for your clients.In order to be successful as a Service Delivery Manager, you need to have:
✓Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
✓Experience of working within an IT MSP capacity
✓Willingness and capacity to work extra hours and attend site if and when required
✓Excellent communication skill
✓Full, clean UK driving license
✓Willing to help out in other areas if and when required
✓Has a can-do attitude and enjoys working in a fast pace dynamic environment
✓Takes ownership of their role and development and challenges others to do the same
