✓Reporting to the Head of IT, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a reliable IT support operation
✓Operating at both the 1st and 2nd line levels, you will provide Hardware and Software support
✓Your responsibilities will include timely issue resolution, adhering to high standards, and ensuring safe working practices.
✓Responsibilities
✓Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to high standards.
✓Log and manage incident/service request details using an IT Service Management tool.
✓Conduct investigation and diagnosis for first and second-line support.
✓Resolve incidents and service requests promptly, escalating when necessary.
✓Maintain effective communication with users, providing progress updates and notifying of changes or outages.
✓Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.Skills and Experience
✓Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
✓Experience in an IT service desk or support role.
✓Strong knowledge of supporting Windows Systems
✓Familiarity with core business systems and their technical requirements.
✓Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
✓Effective communication and interpersonal skills.This is an extremely exciting role within a prestigious organisation
