IT Service Desk Engineer

✓Duration: 4 months
✓Hours: 9am until 5:30pm [Monday to Friday]

✓Polytec are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer for our Cambridge based client
✓This is an onsite role and is for four months initially but with the possibility of extension for a further three months.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Telephone, email and desk side support
✓* Setup of desktops, laptops and telephony devices
✓* Creation and management of support tickets
✓* Support of audio visual and video conference systems
✓* Support sessions on use of systems and procedures
✓Requirements:
✓* Relevant experience in an IT Support role and the management of support tickets
✓* Hardware experience [building machines]
✓* Good customer service skills
✓* Ability to learn and apply attention to detail within defined processes / procedures
✓* Good interpersonal, communication, time planning, and organisational skills
✓* Experience of supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
