✓You'll be providing 2nd line support to clients in terms of software, hardware, phone systems and networking issues and occasional on site visits

✓This role would suit a IT Support Engineer who is driven and passionate about IT Support and excited to provide the best service possible
✓Experience within 1st and 2nd line IT Support is necessary for this position as well as a Full UK Driving Licence.

✓Provide 2nd line support to Software, Hardware, and Phone Systems
✓Installing and Configuring Hardware and Software
✓Dealing with Network Issues
✓Site WorkThe Person:
✓1st and 2nd Line Experience
✓Experience with Microsoft tech stacks
