IT Support Analyst
Description✓London based - 3 Months extendable contract - Pay up to £2800 per month
✓Required to be On-site for the 1st month of the contract followed by hybrid working model
✓Our client is a leading packaging company looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team
✓The primary responsibility is to offer on-site support for hardware and software, mobile devices, peripherals, and local applications to senior management, executives, and other staff members
✓The ideal candidate will primarily focus on resolving tickets and providing efficient technical assistance.
✓Essential Skills
✓Microsoft products, Microsoft Office/O365 and Windows versions
✓Video Conferencing Technologies and Remote Support Tools
✓Apple OSX/ Apple Mobile, Active Directory, ITIL
✓Experience of face to face and remote end user support within a Windows and IOS device environment.
