IT Support Apprenticeship
Description✓IT Support Apprentice – At React Computer Partnership Ltd you will be working within a Support Team for an award-winning Managed Service Provider supporting multiple customers with their IT systems whether On-premises or Cloud, provide Network infrastructure support and Cyber Security advice. The company offers advice and best working practises when introducing cloud-based working to business
✓We are based in Woodbridge, Suffolk and the applicant must work from this base for most of the working week.
✓We have established a proud reputation for providing businesses with first class quality service, from IT hardware and software installations through to comprehensive support.
✓The successful applicant will work within our friendly and efficient support team and will need the confidence to work on their own in time
✓ You will be handling break-fix support issues, as well as Managed Service processes using PSA and RMM
✓You will be responsible for your day-to-day call management and reporting to Senior staff issues that arise
✓Appropriate training will be provided and regularly assessed, helping you gain further skills, knowledge, and experience.
✓The Apprentice will undertake one of the following courses: Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship — Microsoft a Level 3 Apprenticeship or Network Engineer a Level 4 Apprenticeship.
✓The ideal IT Support Apprentice will have:
✓Good communication skills with the ability to support people at all levels.
✓Must have a full and clean driving licence and prepared to travel to other places of work as assigned.
✓A proven education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs and A-Levels
✓This is a full-time permanent role, 37 hours per week; 8am-4.30pm and 9am-5.30pm on a rota basis
✓In return, we are offering a salary of £18,000-£25,000 per annum depending on experience, plus 20 days annual leave
✓ This role is based in our office situated at Deben Mill Business Centre in Woodbridge.
