It Support Engineer
Description✓We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our busy IT Team
✓You will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly.
✓Duties will include:
✓* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
✓* Respond to user requests for technical assistance via email, phone, or in-person.
✓* Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
✓* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
✓* Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
✓* Provide training and support to users on basic computer usage, software applications, and other IT-related topics.
✓Skills required:
✓* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
✓* Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common software applications.
✓* Experience with network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
✓* Driving Licence required.
✓* Knowledge of Mac operating systems [preferred].
