Planner
Description✓We are looking for a Planner to join Aggreko on a 6 month contract
✓This will be working full time on a hybrid model working 3 days in the Glasgow office and 2 days remote
✓The role of a planner is critical in making sure their customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.
✓Job duties:
✓Manage orders through the capex and contract acceptance planning processes
✓Create weekly Sub Assembly & Final Assembly plans
✓Prepare material availability report from Power BI for the weekly production line start meetings
✓Manage schedule changes - particularly where they impact build start dates
✓Agree changes with materials and production managers
✓Responsible for customer communication on changes to plans
✓Facilitate the clearance of shortages in advance of M3 processing
✓Create scenario plans based on demand pipeline
✓Carry out M3, Mestec & i2B administration procedures daily
✓Loading of new demand to M3
✓Releasing of Manufacturing orders on M3
✓Maintenance of M3 finish dates in line with latest plan
✓Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
✓Experience required:
✓Production planning, materials planning, supply chain management or production control in a manufacturing environment
✓MRP or ERP systems experience
✓Good problem solving skills
✓Start: ASAP
✓Duration: 6 months
✓Location: Glasgow
