About the Role 
Lotus is recruiting for a PMO Analyst to join us on a 15 Month Fixed Term contract based at our prestigious manufacturing site in Hethel.
This role is responsible for day-to-day PMO activities to aid the smooth and effective running of the function
Collaborating with the Head of I.T
Programmes, Project Management community and IT Business Partners to successfully define and apply governance to projects and programmes, thus enabling successful assurance, standardisation, and control
This role will also co-ordinate reporting activities to allow leadership visibility of project status and portfolio health.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Finance to ensure effective cost control and budget management
Collaborate with I.T
Leadership Team to support Resource Planning
Collaborate with the Project Management community to certify the definition and management of RAID items
Collaborate across the I.T
department to support E.S.G
initiatives
Collaborate with the Project Management community to ensure the effective application of governance
Provide Project Managers and other IT stakeholders with guidance and support regarding processes, tool usage and the application of best practice
Oversee weekly reporting to enable the capture and communication of status levels, escalation of significant risks or issues and requests for leadership support
Co-ordinate the Project Change Control process to ensure effective identification and quality assurance of Change Requests
Administer the IT portfolio Lessons Learned repository and associated reporting
Work with Project Managers and IT resources to certify labour allocation and timebooking
Support the identification of new opportunities and coordinate pipeline activity
Establish effective information management and ensure that project documentation is stored in a consistent way  
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
Experience of a PMO environment and the application of process and governance across a wide portfolio of projects and programmes
PRINCE2 Foundation and/or practitioner desirable or relevant industry experience
Experience of Office 365 applications with particular emphasis on skills in the use of Project Web App., SharePoint and Microsoft Project
Ability to work with a range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisational hierarchy
Proactive and able to use initiative to prioritise and manage demands in a busy environment
Ability and willingness to learn
Communicating & Influencing [personable], of particular  
Desirable:  
Experience in IT and/or the Automotive Industry
Experience of Power BI and Visio
