✓On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Project Administrator based in Watford
✓Our client provides their customers with a software solution which is then managed and supported by the Global Support Team
✓As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in proving the excellent standards of maintenance to their customers
✓This is a diverse admin role which will give you the ability to develop project management and IT skills.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Managing the licence database; license generation, certification and customer software release tracking
✓* Co-ordinate the On Call Duty rota
✓* Manage the annual customer satisfaction survey
✓* Keep Global Support intranet pages and PowerPoint templates updated
✓* Project Administrative task
✓Skills Required:
✓* IT literacy, especially experience using MS Excel and other Office tools
✓* Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
✓* Self-motivated, ability to work independently
✓* Being proactive and reliable
✓* Ability to co-ordinate colleagues
✓* Customer-focused mind-set
✓* Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
✓* Availability to travel occasionally
