On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Project Administrator based in Watford
Our client provides their customers with a software solution which is then managed and supported by the Global Support Team
As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in proving the excellent standards of maintenance to their customers
This is a diverse admin role which will give you the ability to develop project management and IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the licence database; license generation, certification and customer software release tracking
* Co-ordinate the On Call Duty rota
* Manage the annual customer satisfaction survey
* Keep Global Support intranet pages and PowerPoint templates updated
* Project Administrative task
Skills Required:
* IT literacy, especially experience using MS Excel and other Office tools
* Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Self-motivated, ability to work independently
* Being proactive and reliable
* Ability to co-ordinate colleagues
* Customer-focused mind-set
* Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Availability to travel occasionally
