A leading NHS organisation in Newcastle has approached Ark Search’s Healthcare Technology team to recruit an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will join the service desk and assist users with all IT support related issues
Day to day duties:
* Providing 1st line support
* Prompt identification, understanding and resolution of issues
* Troubleshooting tech issues where possible and escalating the complex problems
* Liaising with 2nd and 3rd line teams to solve those complex issues
Experience:
* Microsoft Office 365
* Microsoft Windows 7 & 10
* Active Directory
* Remote Support
Customer service skills are of equal importance to your technical knowledge as you will be required to provide direct customer support both over the telephone, written via email and in person
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £130 per day via an Umbrella or Ltd company
Start: ASAP
